On February 9, 2009 General Mills announced they will take the rBGH dairy out of Yoplait yogurt, something that just four months ago they assured us was impossible. The dairy from rBGH-injected cows has been linked to breast cancer, and General Mills’ reversal of their initial stand is a big win for women’s health. Email General Mills and let them know:
As a company that prides itself on supporting breast cancer education and research, we applaud General Mills’ decision to stop using dairy products stimulated by the synthetic hormone rBGH, which has been linked to an increased risk of breast cancer.
Fields with asterisks (*) are required, all information entered into this form will be sent in your email to General Mills, makers of Yoplait.
